The Waldorf Hilton, London is just a 6-minute walk from Covent Garden tube station which serves the Piccadilly Line. From here, take the tube to Green Park (3 minutes) for Buckingham Palace or Piccadilly Circus (2 minutes) for Regent Street shopping. Walk to Charing Cross station in only 9 minutes for the Bakerloo and Northern Lines, where you can travel to London’s main shopping district of Oxford Circus and Bond Street in only 2 stops.  

The Heathrow Express train service line runs directly from Heathrow Airport to London's Paddington Station. The Gatwick Express train service line runs directly from Gatwick Airport to London's Victoria Station. 

The Stansted Express train service line runs directly from Stansted Airport to London's Liverpool Street Station. From there take a taxi directly to The Waldorf Hilton hotel. Taxis are readily available at the taxi rank at the station.

Your delegate ticket entitles you to access to the conference, all refreshment breaks, lunches and the evening reception at the event venue. Accommodation and travel are not included.

Cancellation Refund & Substitutions

  • 4 weeks plus = 100%

  • 3 weeks plus = 75%

  • 2 weeks plus = 50%

  • Less than 2 weeks = no refund

Cancellations must be received in writing only. Substitutions are welcome at any time free of charge.
